Job summary

Target is seeking an Inbound Expert to support General Merchandise operations in our store. The role focuses on guest service, inventory accuracy, stock replenishment and seamless shopping experiences.

You will greet guests, help locate items, assist with checkout support and maintain safe, organized merchandise on the sales floor. Applicants should be 18+, able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, and comfortable using handheld scanners and store tech.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple devices and operate handheld scanners.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes.
• Capable of remaining focused in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks.
