Job summary

Target Rogers is seeking an Inbound Expert to support stock replenishment and guest service in a fast-paced environment. You will stock merchandise, maintain product availability, and assist guests with questions and purchases.

The role requires physical activity, safe handling of goods, and flexibility across shifts, including nights and weekends. Training will be provided to learn store processes, safety guidelines, and the use of handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting guests and assisting them

• Maintain product availability and assist with back-up cashier or pickup orders as needed
• Operate handheld scanners and other technology; lift up to 44 pounds as required
