Job summary

Target is seeking an Inbound Expert to support General Merchandise operations. You will help guests, ensure merchandise is stocked and accurately priced, and assist with pickup and delivery tasks to keep the floor organized and guest-focused.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, including nights, weekends and holidays. Training will cover guest service fundamentals and store operations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes.
• Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes.
