Target is seeking an Inbound Operations Team Leader to lead a team of hourly associates and ensure efficient, guest-centered operations on the sales floor. The role emphasizes delivering an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience while driving store goals and process improvements.

You will train and coach team members, manage workload, and collaborate with leadership to promote safety and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Experience leading hourly teams preferred.
• Strong guest service orientation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a consistent guest experience and uphold Target's standards.
• Train and develop team members; hold them accountable for performance.
• Plan daily/weekly workload to meet sales goals and priorities.
