Job summary

Target in Fargo, ND is seeking an Inbound Operations Executive Team Leader to lead inbound operations, staffing, and guest-ready readiness. You will supervise a team of hourly associates, manage sort, stock and backstock, and ensure accurate pricing and availability on the sales floor.

You will plan workloads, create schedules with Team Leaders, and drive a guest-obsessed culture while upholding safety, ethics and regulatory compliance across store operations.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Support departmental sales goals and contribute to store profitability.
• Manage the team to be experts in operations and ensure accuracy and efficiency in inbound processes (sort, stock, backstock).
• Develop workload strategy and ensure areas are guest ready at store open.
• Create a scheduling plan with Team Leaders based on monthly/weekly workload and guest traffic.
• Create a guest-obsessed culture that prioritizes the guest experience and sales goals.
• Manage General Merch backroom and sales floor areas and review reports to address gaps.
• Ensure product is in stock and available for guests.
• Plan, manage and implement organizational and operational changes.
• Anticipate staffing needs and recruit for long/short term needs.
