Job summary

Target in Fairfax, VA seeks an Inbound Operations Team Leader to manage overnight staffing, coaching and daily workflows. You will lead a team of hourly team members, ensure timely unloading and stocking, and uphold Target's guest experience commitments.

You’ll drive workload planning, safety, and process improvements while collaborating with leadership to meet sales goals and maintain store standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Age 18 or older.
• Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to lead and hold others accountable.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience.
• Lead and develop hourly team members, including coaching, feedback and evaluation.
• Plan daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and meet sales goals.
• Ensure safety, compliance and operational standards across the area.
