Job summary

Newark Four Points is seeking a Night Auditor to balance daily transactions and support front desk operations during the overnight shift. The role requires excellent guest service, strong communication skills, and the ability to take appropriate action to meet and exceed guest expectations.

The Night Auditor will attend to guest needs, balance revenue and expenses, manage check-ins/check-outs, and generate daily reports while adhering to hotel policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate with guests, management, and co-workers.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guest needs during the audit shift.
• Balance the day’s revenue and expenses.
• Handle check-ins and check-outs according to established hotel requirements.
• Generate, print, and distribute daily reports to designated departments/personnel.
• Adhere to payment, cash handling and credit policies/procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
