Extended Stay America is seeking a Night Guest Laundry Attendant to assist guests overnight, including check-in/out, while managing laundry and dishware per brand standards. The role involves stocking carts, processing reservations and payments, and maintaining breakfast service with attention to safety and guest experience.

Responsibilities also include periodic property tours, prompt reporting of safety issues, and supporting housekeeping and front desk as needed.

Formación

• Must communicate in English proficiently to interact with guests and associates.
• Able to operate the property management system technology and audit reports.
• Able to follow safety rules and maintenance/procedure manuals.
• Capable of completing routine reports and correspondence.

Responsabilidades

• Assist guests overnight, including checking in and checking out according to guidelines.
• Handle laundry: wash, dry, fold linens and related items per standards.
• Process all dishware: wash, dry and package per standards.
• Stock housekeeping carts and laundry rooms to maintain PAR levels.
• Process reservations, registrations, payments and departures per guidelines.
• Set up grab-and-go breakfast per brand standards.
• Conduct daily property tours for cleanliness and maintenance.
• Report safety and security issues promptly.
