Extended Stay America is seeking a Night Guest Laundry Attendant to assist guests overnight, including check-in/check-out, answering phones, and ensuring safety and security procedures are followed. You will manage laundry and dishware per standards, restock carts, process reservations and departures, and support overall hotel operations during the overnight shift.

Qualificações

• HS diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 months related experience acceptable.

Responsabilidades

• Assist guests overnight, check in/out, and collect payments.
• Process laundry: wash, dry, fold linens and towels.
• Process dishware per standards.
• Stock housekeeping carts and laundry rooms to maintain PAR levels.
• Handle reservations, registrations, payments, and departures.
• Set up grab-and-go breakfast.
• Conduct periodic property cleanliness tours and report maintenance needs.
• Adhere to all safety and security policies.
