Job summary

Fantasy Springs Resort Casino is seeking a Night Auditor to manage nightly front desk operations, perform end-of-day accounting, and assist guests with a high level of service. You will balance transactions, prepare daily reports, and ensure accuracy of all nightly records.

The role requires English fluency, strong multitasking, and the ability to work independently during overnight shifts in a hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English in oral and written communication.
• High School diploma or GED, or 1–3 years related experience.
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience; at least 18 years of age.
• Bi-lingual ability in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Registering guests and assigning rooms during the overnight shift.
• Prepare daily financial reports and balance transactions for night audit.
• Close billing, issue receipts, and manage guest check-out.
• Validate Player Club eligibility for gaming promotions.
• Handle guest requests, troubleshoot issues, and respond to emergencies.
• Support front desk operations and maintain security of guest information.
• Train new Night Auditors and assist with overtime as needed.
• Create monthly reports and maintain accurate record-keeping.
