Job summary

Sunriver Resort is seeking a Night Auditor to manage nightly Front Desk operations, assist with cashiering and day-end accounting, and handle guest issues during the night shift. You will maintain AAA Four Diamond Standards and deliver warm, professional service to guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior hospitality experience preferred.
• At least one year of customer service experience required.
• US citizenship or valid work permit.
• Valid US driver’s license and resort driving standards.
• Excellent phone etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Check-in and check-out guests, answer calls, and transfer appropriately.
• Post guest charges and balance daily ledgers.
• Review room revenue and maintain accurate records.
• Protect assets by following internal controls.
• Upsell resort services and provide information on amenities.
