Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and handle overnight check-ins and reservations (11 PM–7 AM).
• Balance the books, finalize transactions, and ensure numeric accuracy.
• Conduct regular security walks to maintain guest safety.
• Prepare Daily Flash Reports for management.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth overnight operations.
• Utilize Windows, Excel and Word to document and solve problems.
