Stonebridge in Needham, MA is seeking a part-time Night Auditor to close daily operations, balance revenues, and assist guests with check-ins/check-outs overnight. You will use the property management system to maintain records and ensure accuracy, while supporting security and guest services throughout the shift.

The role requires basic bookkeeping proficiency, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently on weekend and holiday shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Proficiency in basic bookkeeping and balancing transactions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with property management systems and office software.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and assign rooms to hotel guests.
• Verify payment methods and process authorizations.
• Maintain accurate records of room availability and guest accounts.
• Balance daily receipts and perform income audits.
• Assist guests with check-out and resolve discrepancies.
• Answer phone calls and direct inquiries as needed.
• Coordinate with overnight housekeeping or maintenance staff.
• Make and confirm reservations with precise data entry.
• Provide information on hotel services and local attractions.
• Document guest feedback and escalate issues when necessary.
• Perform nightly bucket checks to ensure standards.
• Help maintain security and safety during overnight shifts.
