• Excellent customer service and outstanding communication skills required.
• Experience in hospitality or guest services is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Verify, audit, and reconcile all financial records such as room charges, cash drawer activity, and credit card transactions.
• Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to hotel management.
• Respond to inquiries, process reservations and check-ins, delegate housekeeping, security, and service requests; resolve guest complaints.
• Complete additional bookkeeping, administrative, and accounting procedures as requested.
• Maintain outstanding communication and customer service throughout shifts.
