Job summary

Waterford Hotel Group in Beachwood, Ohio is seeking a Night Auditor to join our overnight team. The role covers guest check-ins/outs, reconciling daily receipts, and preparing guest bills while ensuring accuracy and security of funds.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to work with limited supervision. Strong customer service, teamwork, and the ability to coordinate with other departments are essential for success.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out.
• Respond to guests' needs and requests.
• Secure payments, verify and adjust bills as needed.
• Handle accounting of money, receipts, guest accounts and credit via FD system and required reports.
• Close out the day for front desk and F&B systems.
• Summarize the night’s operations and coordinate with departments.
• Ensure rollover from one business day to the next.
