Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year experience in a similar size operation; hotel experience preferred.
• Knowledge of accounting operations including accounts receivable/payable.
• Basic mathematical skills and ability to operate a 10-key by touch.
• Ability to input information using a moderately complex computer.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily revenue report data.
• Run audit reports/journals from mainframe and the system for automated credit cards.
• Make corrections, and adjustments, and handling computer problems during the shift.
• Make computer entries on revenue/expenses/allowance to generate daily reports.
• Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy.
• Control and secure cash, and cash equivalents per policy.
• Organize, secure, and maintain all files and records per retention policies.
• Prepare, maintain, and distribute financial/auditing/payroll reports and tables.
• Audit statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports and tables.
• Audit and reconcile all revenue postings.
