Job summary

Crestline Hotels & Resorts, owner of the Doubletree Canton by Hilton, seeks a Front Desk Night Clerk to serve as ambassador, handling check-ins/check-outs and answering calls on the midnight shift.

Responsibilities include nightly accounting, operating the PMS and POS, banking, and supporting housekeeping as a runner. The role requires a high school diploma and at least 1 year in a hotel, with flexibility for 11pm–7am.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of experience in a hotel front desk or similar role.
• Must be able to work the overnight shift 11pm–7am.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Handle check-ins and check-outs with guest service focus.
• Answer calls and maintain nightly financial records.
• Operate the Property Management System and POS system.
• Audit end-of-day financial reports and banking.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel features, rates, and promotions.
• Support housekeeping as a runner during the night shift.
