Job summary

Sheetz is seeking an Assistant Manager of Hospitality to oversee our guest experience across all store areas. You will lead hospitality standards, guide the team, and ensure seamless customer interactions while maintaining daily operations.

You will also manage scheduling, training, and performance, with a focus on inventory, promotion, production, service, and sales in the absence of the Store Manager. Night shifts include a $1.50/hr premium.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two-year business-related degree preferred.
• ServeSafe certification required.
• Experience supervising others in fast-paced settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Back up the Store Manager in recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Approve staff schedules and shifts.
• Handle customer questions, complaints, and concerns.
• Ensure compliance with policies and programs.
• Oversee end-of-day tasks and shelf replenishment.
• Lead profit management through shrink control, stock audits, and vendor coordination.
