Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task and perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching; lift up to 20 pounds and assist 40 pounds
• Must be 18+ years old; VA state law requires Supervisors to be 21+ for certain tasks

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with greetings and top-tier service
• Prepare quality food and beverages to exact specifications quickly and safely
• Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and work as a team
• Ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and available
