Job summary

Sheetz is seeking an Assistant Manager of Hospitality to ensure a best-in-class guest experience across stores, including night shifts with a $1.50/hr premium for 10pm–6am. You will back up the Store Manager, oversee recruitment, training, and performance, and maintain hospitality standards.

You will manage daily operations, optimize staffing, handle customer inquiries, and drive inventory, promotion, production, service and sales.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two-year business-related degree preferred.
• Experience supervising others in a fast-paced setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Back‑up the Store Manager by supporting recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Decide who works and when to optimize schedules.
• Handle customer questions, complaints and concerns.
• Ensure hospitality standards and company policies are followed.
• Oversee end-of-day tasks and maintain store cleanliness and inventory.
• Lead profit-related processes including stock, promotions and vendor interactions.
