A prominent fitness center in Bolingbrook seeks an Overnight Member Services Representative to enhance member experience through exceptional customer service during the overnight shift. This role includes managing cleaning assignments, member check-ins, and assisting with sales while maintaining a clean and engaging environment. Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a service-oriented position preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate proficiency in reading and writing skills.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Manages cleaning assignments during the overnight shift.
• Prepares the facility for the AM shift.
• Greets all members & guests with a focus on member engagement.
• Assists with membership, retail and tanning product sales.
• Checks in all members and guests per company procedures.
• Maintains a professional and courteous disposition.
