Job summary

A leading fitness center in Round Lake is seeking an Overnight Member Services Representative to enhance member engagement and ensure an exceptional customer experience. You will manage overnight cleaning, assist with member services and sales, and uphold a fun fitness environment. Applicants should have a year of service experience and good communication skills. CPR/AED certification is required but can be obtained post-hire.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a service-oriented position preferred.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Manages cleaning assignments during the overnight shift.
• Greets all members & guests with a focus on member engagement.
• Assists with membership and retail product sales.
• Checks in all members and guests according to procedures.
