Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a service-oriented position preferred.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Manages cleaning assignments during the overnight shift.
• Prepares the facility for the AM shift.
• Greets all members & guests to enhance engagement.
• Assists with sales of memberships, retail, and tanning products.
• Promotes membership privileges such as group fitness and childcare.
• Checks in members and guests, resolving issues appropriately.
