Crunch Fitness is looking for an Overnight Member Services Representative in Colorado Springs, CO. The role involves managing customer interactions and ensuring a clean environment, as well as assisting with membership and sales. Preferred qualifications include at least one year in a service-oriented role and CPR/AED certification, which can be obtained post-hire. This position offers a fun working atmosphere focused on fitness and outstanding member service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a service-oriented position preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate proficiency in reading and writing skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Manages cleaning assignments during the overnight shift.
• Prepares the facility for the AM shift.
• Greets all members & guests with a focus on member engagement and retention.
• Assists with membership, retail and tanning product sales.
• Promotes membership privileges including tanning, group fitness, and small group training.
• Delivers on new member enrollment expectations.
