A dynamic fitness company is seeking an enthusiastic Overnight Member Services Representative to enhance member experiences and maintain facility operations overnight. Responsibilities include managing cleaning, assisting with sales, and ensuring member engagement. Candidates should have strong customer service skills along with a CPR/AED certification. Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a service-oriented position.
• Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate reading and writing proficiency.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Manage cleaning assignments during the overnight shift.
• Prepare the facility for the AM shift.
• Greet all members & guests with a focus on engagement and retention.
• Assist with membership and retail sales.
• Promote membership privileges.
• Deliver on new member enrollment expectations.
• Check in all members and guests according to procedures.
• Answer phones courteously and professionally.
• Facilitate all member requests or forward to a manager.
