A leading hospitality group in Austin, Texas is seeking a Royal Service Agent to assist with guest communication and service requests. Successful candidates will have a service-focused personality and may have experience with Opera or similar systems. The role entails managing external and internal calls, ensuring guest satisfaction, and actively promoting hotel services. Qualifications

• Service-focused personality is essential; experience is an asset.
• Prior experience working with Opera or a related system is preferred.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all external and internal calls either by redirecting calls or assisting the caller.
• Assist and distribute all SMS messages, emails, and voice messages.
• Take ownership of guests' requests/concerns and ensure follow up.
• Proudly promote the hotel facilities, promotions, and special events.
• Maintain and monitor the 'Royal Service' and other software systems.
• Be central communication for all of the hotel's emergency procedures.
