Job summary

Western Camps, Inc. is seeking an Overnight Guest Services & Safety Manager to lead resort operations during the graveyard shift. As on-site Manager on Duty, you will ensure guest satisfaction, safety, and smooth operations when other departments are closed.

You will work independently, make decisions after hours, and deliver an exceptional guest experience. Benefits include health/dental/vision coverage and staff perks, with meals and facility use privileges for all employees.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in hospitality, resort, hotel or events.
• Strong customer service and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions overnight.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site Manager on Duty during overnight shifts.
• Handle after-hours guest check-in/out and reservations as needed.
• Answer and route guest calls with professional etiquette.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Conduct routine property patrols to ensure safety and security.
• Coordinate with security staff during events as applicable.
• Oversee overnight hotel and resort operations.
• Complete meeting room and event setup transitions, including furniture movement.
• Inspect vacant rooms and facilities; report maintenance or housekeeping issues.
• Shut down utilities in unused areas to support cost control.
• Balance cash banks and handle register transactions.
• Communicate overnight activity and key updates to incoming management and front desk teams.
