Qualifications

• Requires at least 1 year of hotel night audit or front desk experience.
• Able to work overnight shifts, including holidays and weekends.
• Must communicate in English and perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Balance room, restaurant and bar revenues, post and balance charges, and reset systems for next day operations.
• Prepare daily restaurant revenue report data by auditing POS tapes/journals to breakdown revenue, covers, tips, and settlements.
• Run audit reports and input revenue/expenses/allowances to generate daily reports.
• Resolve guest-related issues and complaints.
• Manage overnight front desk operations and coordinate with hotel security for safety.
