Job summary

DoubleTree by the Galleria in Wisconsin is seeking a guest-focused Night Auditor with at least one year of night audit or front desk experience. You will balance revenues, post charges, and prepare daily reports while ensuring accuracy.

You will handle overnight front desk operations, coordinate with security, resolve guest issues, and maintain safety. English communication and basic math skills are required; hotel perks and benefits accompany the role.

Responsibilities

• Balance room, restaurant and bar revenues, post and balance charges and settlements, maintain files and reset systems for next day operations.
• Prepare daily restaurant revenue report data by auditing POS tapes/journals to breakdown revenue, covers, tips and settlements by type and cashier.
• Run audit reports and input revenue/expenses/allowances to generate daily reports.
• Resolve guest-related issues and complaints.
• Manage overnight front desk operations and coordinate with hotel security to maintain safety.
