Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a Night Guest Laundry Attendant to assist guests overnight, handle check-ins/outs, and maintain laundry and dishware operations. You will stock carts, set up a grab-and-go breakfast, and perform routine hotel cleanliness checks.

The role requires English proficiency, basic math, and adherence to safety protocols. Shift is 11:00pm to 7:00am, with competitive wages and benefits.

Qualifications

• Understand and communicate in English proficiently to interact with guests and associates.
• Operate the property management system technology and perform audits when needed.
• Follow safety rules and maintenance instructions and procedures.
• Complete routine reports and correspondence.
• Perform basic arithmetic in all units of measure.
• Apply good judgment at all times.
• Manage problems and address guest-related issues.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests overnight, checking in/out and collecting payment per guidelines.
• Process laundry: stains, wash, dry, fold linens and towels.
• Process dishware: wash, dry and package according to standards.
• Stock housekeeping carts and laundry rooms to maintain PAR levels.
• Set up grab-and-go breakfast per brand standards.
• Conduct daily property tours for cleanliness and maintenance.
• Comply with policies; report safety/security issues promptly.
