Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a Night Guest Laundry Attendant to support guests overnight and maintain hotel cleanliness. You will check guests in/out per guidelines, manage laundry including washing, drying, folding linens and dishware, and assist with breakfast setup according to brand standards.

Qualifications

• Understand and communicate in English proficiently to interact with guests and associates.
• Operate the property management system technology and perform audit functions.
• Understand and follow safety rules and operating instructions.
• Complete routine reports and correspondence.
• Possess basic math for handling payments and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests overnight, check in/out and collect payment per guidelines.
• Process all laundry: wash, dry, fold linens, towels, blankets, and shower curtains.
• Process all dishware: wash, dry and package per standards.
• Stock housekeeping carts and laundry rooms to maintain PAR levels.
• Set up grab-and-go breakfast according to brand standards.
• Conduct daily property tours to check cleanliness and safety.
