Extended Stay America is seeking a Night Guest Laundry Attendant to support guests overnight, including check-ins and check-outs, while managing laundry duties and dishware tasks to brand standards. The role also involves stocking supply carts, processing reservations, and ensuring safety procedures are followed.

Responsibilities include overnight guest interaction, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with breakfast setup and general property upkeep during the night shift.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.
• Ability to understand and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests overnight with check-in and check-out according to guidelines.
• Complete all laundry duties: washing, drying, folding linens and towels.
• Process all dishware washing, drying, and packaging to standards.
• Stock housekeeping carts and laundry rooms to PAR levels.
• Process reservations, registrations, payments, and departures per procedures.
• Set up and maintain grab-and-go breakfast per brand standards.
• Conduct daily property tours for cleanliness and maintenance checks.
• Comply with safety, security, and cash handling policies.
