Job summary

PM Hotel Group is seeking a Night Auditor to balance nightly accounts, maintain guest standards overnight, and manage the property’s balances from the previous day.

You will support front desk operations, generate daily reports, and assist guests with questions while ensuring accurate financial handling and a smooth overnight operation. Flexibility for nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or 6–12 months of related hospitality experience.
• Ability to work evening/overnight shifts.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with hotel front desk systems.
• People-person able to interact politely with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Balance paperwork, cash drawer, deposits, reconcile credit cards, and submit batches.
• Input revenue, expenses, and allowances into the front office system to generate daily reports.
• Complete front desk duties including check-ins/outs, room scheduling, room moves, late checkouts, stay-overs and guest requests.
• Answer guests’ questions about hotel services and amenities.
