Job summary

PM Hotel Group is seeking a responsible Night Auditor to join our Front Office team. This overnight role blends guest service with accounting to close out each day accurately and securely.

The Night Auditor balances cash and transactions, inputs data into the front office system, and generates daily reports. You’ll handle check-ins/outs and respond to guest inquiries while maintaining professional standards across shifts.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or six months to one year of related experience
• Ability to work evening/overnight shifts
• Strong computer skills and guest-service orientation

Responsibilities

• Balance paperwork, cash drawer, deposits, and batches
• Entering revenues/expenses into front office system and generating daily reports
• Perform front desk duties (check-ins/outs, room moves, late checkouts)
• Answer guests’ questions about hotel services and amenities
