Job summary

PM Hotel Group is seeking a responsible Night Auditor to join our Front Office team. This overnight role blends guest service with accounting to ensure a smooth transition between hotel operating days and accurate daily financial close.

You will be the main contact for overnight guests while maintaining high standards of service and record-keeping. We value associates who can balance numbers with exceptional guest interactions, possess strong computer skills, and adapt to varying shifts

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or six months to one year of related experience.
• Strong computer skills and comfort with numbers.
• Ability to work evening/overnight shifts and provide excellent guest service.

Responsibilities

• Balancing paperwork, cash drawer, deposits, reconciling credit cards and submitting batches.
• Inputting revenue, expenses, and allowances into the front office system to generate daily reports (Guest Ledger Summary, Daily Restaurant Summary).
• Completing front desk duties including check-ins/outs, room scheduling, room moves, late checkouts, stay-overs and guest requests.
• Answering guests’ questions about hotel services and amenities.
