PEG Company is seeking a Night Auditor to balance nightly hotel transactions and prepare daily reports while delivering exceptional overnight guest service.

The role blends front desk duties with back-office accounting, requiring accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently during overnight hours. Flexible weekends and holidays are required to ensure smooth overnight operations.

Qualifications

• Front desk and guest service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Proficiency with computers and reservation systems (PMS a plus).

Responsibilities

• Balance nightly guest folios, room charges, and revenue.
• Reconcile daily financial transactions and cash handling.
• Generate and distribute daily audit reports for management.
• Complete check-in/check-out procedures for overnight arrivals/departures.
• Respond to guest requests, complaints, and emergencies overnight.
• Monitor security and perform property walks for safety.
• Prepare front desk for morning shift, organize reports and reservations.
• Maintain lobby/front desk cleanliness and organization.
• Follow security procedures and report suspicious activity.
• Assist with reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
• Promote hotel services and amenities to guests.
• Drive shuttle or assist with valet parking as needed.
