Job summary

Timbers Kiawah is seeking a Night Guest Experience Associate to ensure Timbers Kiawah Service standards are exceeded while maintaining professional communication between Timbers Kiawah Owners and Department Managers. This role includes 2 nights per week, 11pm–7am, with duties such as overnight patrols, responding to emergencies, assisting guests, and preserving a harmonious workplace.

You will routinely greet owners and guests, manage property communications during patrols, and escalate issues

Qualifications

• Trustworthy individual.
• Ability to use initiative and independent judgment within established procedural guidelines.
• Basic record keeping practices and incident reporting.
• Proper business English, including spelling, grammar and punctuation.
• Techniques for dealing with individuals from diverse backgrounds, in person and over the telephone.

Responsibilities

• Oversees owner/guest experience during the overnight shift.
• Clean common area of property (sweep, mop, trash, restrooms).
• Patrols all areas of the property overnight.
• Forward main property phone line to cellular phone during patrols.
• Attend to emergencies and inform senior management.
• Assist owners, guests, and employees during overnight hours.
• Escort unwelcome persons from the property.
• Respond to questions and complaints from owners/guests.
• Demonstrate courteous and cooperative behavior with guests and staff.
