Job summary

Timbers Kiawah seeks a dynamic Concierge to assist residence club owners and guests with bookings for dining, activities, chef services, transportation and more. You will manage arrivals and departures, prepare welcome materials and coordinate with staff to ensure seamless experiences, while upholding the resort's high standards.

Role requires a High School Diploma or GED with 2 years hospitality experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED plus 2 years hospitality experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Strong customer service orientation and professional communication skills.
• Familiarity with front office policies and procedures and basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Assist residence club owners and guests with concierge bookings (dining, activities, chef services, transportation) and arrivals/departures.
• Operate the resort telephone system and post charges to owner/guest accounts.
• Prepare arrival lists, packets and amenities; coordinate transportation and bookings as requested.
• Maintain accurate information in the concierge system and assist with luggage handling as needed.
• Deliver courteous, solution-focused service and resolve guest issues promptly.
