Job summary

Timbers Kiawah is seeking a dynamic Concierge to assist residence club owners and visitors with bookings for dining, activities, chef services, transportation, and more. You will help with arrivals and departures, groceries, folios, and provide property knowledge with courteous, professional service.

Responsibilities include managing bookings, coordinating transportation, handling luggage, and ensuring accurate information in the concierge system.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED plus two years hospitality experience.
Knowledge of Kiawah/Charleston area and local amenities.
Experience with resort information systems and standard office software.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

Provide exemplary customer service and accurate information to owners and guests.
Serve as central information agent for the resort and manage bookings.
Coordinate dining, activities, chef services, transportation and other requests.
Assist with arrivals/departures, luggage handling, and pre-arrival preparations.
Maintain concierge system accuracy and update guest records.
Support with safety and cleanliness of work areas and safety procedures.
