Job summary

Timbers Kiawah is seeking a dynamic concierge to assist residence club owners and visitors with bookings for dining, activities, transportation and chef services. You will help with arrivals/departures, groceries, welcome packets, and property knowledge, ensuring guests receive courteous, professional service.

Responsibilities include acting as central information agent, coordinating restaurant and area bookings, managing luggage, coordinating transportation, and maintaining accurate concierge

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Two years of hospitality experience or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Kiawah/Charleston area.
• Proficiency with front desk systems and basic computer apps.

Responsibilities

• Provide concierge services for dining, activities, transportation, and chef services.
• Assist with arrivals and departures, including groceries and welcome packets.
• Act as central information agent for the resort.
• Schedule and confirm restaurant, recreation, and other bookings.
• Coordinate area transportation and guest services.
• Maintain accurate information in the concierge system and assist with packages.
