Job summary

Timbers Kiawah is seeking a night-shift team member to ensure exceptional guest experiences and maintain professional communication with Owners and Department Managers. The role runs 11pm–7am, two nights per week, with duties including patrols, cleaning, and responding to emergencies.

The successful candidate will be trustworthy, capable of independent decision-making, and comfortable interacting with diverse guests and staff in a hospitality setting on Kiawah Island.

Qualifications

• Trustworthy and reliable

• Basic record-keeping and incident reporting
• Knowledge of department policies and procedures
• Strong business English (spelling/grammar/punctuation)
• Skilled in handling diverse people calmly and professionally

Responsibilities

• Oversee owner/guest experience during the overnight shift
• Clean common areas (sweep, mop, trash, restrooms)
• Patrol all areas of the property overnight
• Forward main property phone line to cell during patrols
• Respond to emergencies and inform senior management
• Assist owners, guests, and employees during overnight hours
• Escort unwelcome persons while maintaining operations
• Respond to questions and complaints from owners/guests
• Maintain courteous, cooperative behavior with owners/guests and staff
