Aloft Chicago Mag Mile is seeking a Full-Time Overnight Guest Services Agent to welcome guests, check them in and out, and provide exceptional service during their stay. You will handle reservations, operate the front desk system, and respond to inquiries about services and local attractions.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests and handle check-ins/check-outs.
• Provide outstanding guest service throughout stay.
• Answer inquiries about hotel services, hours, and local information.
• Operate the Front Desk computer system and telephone switchboard.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
