Buffalo Lodging Associates, on behalf of Hampton Inn & Suites, Sarasota, is seeking a part-time Night Auditor to join their team. The Night Auditor greets guests, completes check-in and check-out in the property management system, handles cash and payments, and provides information about hotel services to create a welcoming environment.

Typical schedule is 11 PM–7 AM with flexibility including weekends and holidays; strong customer service and basic computer skills (Word/Excel) are preferred,

Qualifikationen

• Customer service experience preferred in hotel setting.
• Brand experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with standard office software and hotel systems.

Aufgaben

• Greet guests and complete check-in/check-out procedures via the Property Management System.
• Handle cash, credit card information and other payments.
• Identify guest needs and provide information on hotel services to ensure a welcoming environment.
• Take reservations over the phone and input/cancel in the hotel management system.
• Organize shift paperwork, balance room accounts, and run nightly audit reports.
