Job summary

Comfort Inn & Suites Near Burke Mountain in St. Johnsbury, Vermont, is seeking an Overnight Guest Services Agent for a part-time position. You will handle guest registrations, reservations, and provide guests with local area information.

Flexibility for overnight, weekends, and holidays is required; a friendly, customer-service mindset is essential. Responsibilities include checking guests in/out, answering questions, and coordinating with other staff to meet hotel standards.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of related work experience.
• Must be able to work onsite at the hotel.
• Part Time 16 hours per week overnight; weekends/holidays; must be flexible.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for guests with friendly, helpful service.
• Check guests in and out and distribute keys; explain hotel amenities.
• Take payments and resolve discrepancies while following procedures.
• Respond to guest issues quickly and courteously.
• Provide information about local area and attractions.
• Assist other departments as needed to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and proper supplies.
• Follow training procedures and SOPs; adapt to shift changes.
• Support team with ongoing tasks and guest requests.
• Contribute to a smooth, welcoming guest experience.

Education
