Qualifications

• Marriott experience preferred.
• Must be available to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out.
• Process reservations, payments, and revenue collections.
• Post room, tax, and other charges to guest accounts.
• Balance departmental revenue and accounts receivable.
• Complete night audit reports and basic accounting entries.
• Respond to guest questions and concerns.
• Help maintain a safe, secure, and professional hotel environment.
• Assist with breakfast setup when needed.
