Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a Night Guest Laundry Attendant to support guests overnight, handle laundry and dishware, and maintain hotel cleanliness. The role involves checking guests in/out, processing payments, stocking carts, and ensuring safety procedures are followed.

Typical shift is 11:00pm–7:00am, with opportunities to support multiple locations as needed. Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED or related experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests overnight, including checking in and checking out per company guidelines.
• Process all laundry according to standards: wash, dry, fold linens, towels, and shower curtains.
• Process dishware per standards: wash, dry, and package.
• Stock housekeeping carts and laundry rooms to maintain PAR levels.
• Handle reservations, registrations, payments, and departures per procedures.
• Set up grab-and-go breakfast per brand standards.
• Conduct daily property tours ensuring cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Report safety issues and security concerns to the manager.
