Timbers Kiawah is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness and order in residences and common areas as directed by the Housekeeping Director.

The role requires thorough cleaning to Timber's standards, attention to guests' needs, and proactive support for operations. Training is provided for the right candidate, and the schedule includes weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping preferred but will train
• Must have reliable transportation and driver’s license
• Ability to read, write and understand English

• Complete pre-cleaning duties including guest supplies, cleaning supplies, and linen setup

Job description

We are seeking a dynamic, driven individual to join our team at Timbers Kiawah. The Housekeeper is responsible for the cleanliness or orderliness of residences and assigned areas as directed by the Housekeeping Director.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean residences according to Timber's standards and according to the preferences of the owners and guests.
• Be attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous to all owners and guests to ensure overall guest satisfaction.
• Complete all pre-cleaning duties, including but not limited to guest supplies, cleaning supplies, and linen for housekeeping set-up.
• Remove all trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and hallways.
• Must be able to show initiative, including anticipating owner and guest or operational needs.

Qualifications

• Housekeeping experience preferred but will train for the right candidate.
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and insurance.
• Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.
