Placemakr is hiring an Overnight Guest Experience Associate for an on-site role in Arlington, VA. You will be the primary overnight contact for guests and residents, delivering exceptional service and ensuring a smooth stay throughout the night.

The position requires working overnight hours (10pm–8am) with rotatable days, a base pay of $21.00/hr plus $2.00/hr for late-night hours, and a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, health coverage, and 401k matching.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience in hospitality, retail, multi‑family, or food & beverage.
• Experience working overnight hours and using independent judgement.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to quickly learn and use hotel night audit systems and related tech.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest experience during overnight shifts.
• Collaborate with property team to ensure smooth nightly operations.
• Respond to guest inquiries via text, email, HubSpot, and Airbnb.
• Check guests into assigned rooms and conduct night audit tasks as required.
• Complete thorough shift handovers and document tasks accurately.
