Responsibilities

• Assist guests courteously, ensuring satisfaction during overnight shifts.
• Register and process arrivals/departures with accurate accounts.
• Verify and post room charges, balancing accounts by 6:00 a.m. per Brand Standards.
• Reconcile daily revenue and complete end-of-day procedures.
• Handle credit card transmittals, direct billing, and no-show bills.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services to assist guests.
• Utilize sales techniques to promote hotel services and occupancy.
• Answer phones and assist guests with inquiries.
• Follow safety procedures to maintain a secure environment.
• Keep supervisors informed of issues.
• Perform basic front desk duties overnight.
• Maintain gift shop supplies and inventory.
• Efficient cash handling and balanced cash reports.
