Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a Night Guest Laundry Attendant to assist guests overnight, including check-in/out, and handle all laundry and dishware tasks per brand standards. The role includes stocking carts, processing reservations and payments, and maintaining breakfast setups and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Understand and communicate in English proficiently.
• Operate the property management system and follow shift reports.
• Follow safety rules, instructions, and maintenance manuals.
• Complete routine reports and correspondence.
• Perform basic arithmetic for payments and numbers.
• Apply good judgment and address guest issues.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests overnight, checking in/out and handling payments per guidelines.
• Process all laundry, stain treatment, washing, drying and folding linens.
• Process dishware, washing, drying and packaging per standards.
• Stock housekeeping carts and laundry rooms to PAR levels.
• Set up grab-and-go breakfast and maintain daily property tours.
• Adhere to safety, cash handling and key control procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
